Who we are

What we collect
- Order information — your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, along with the items you bought and your order history.
- Account information — if you create an account, your username, email address and saved addresses.
- Enquiry information — anything you send us through our contact form, by email, or on WhatsApp.
- Technical information — your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit, collected automatically through cookies and analytics.
We do not store your full card details on our servers. Card payments, where offered, are handled by the payment provider.
Why we use it
- To process, pack, deliver and invoice your order
- To contact you about your order, including delivery updates by email or WhatsApp
- To answer your questions and provide customer support
- To handle returns, refunds and complaints
- To keep proper business and tax records as required by law
- To improve the website and understand how it is used
- To send you marketing emails, but only if you have asked to receive them
Who we share it with
We share your information only with parties that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:
- Courier companies such as TCS and Leopards, to deliver your order
- Payment providers, to process payments
- Our website host and email provider, who store data on our behalf
- Analytics and marketing tools, which may receive limited technical information about your visit
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your shopping cart working, remember you when you log in, and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site — particularly the cart and checkout — will not work properly without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your account, or stop sending you marketing. Email order@yoochamatcha.pk and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some order records even after you ask for deletion, where the law requires it.
Security
This website uses HTTPS encryption, and we limit access to personal information to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
