These terms govern your use of yoochamatcha.pk and any order you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Yoocha Matcha Pakistan, the official distributor of Yoocha Matcha in Pakistan, based in Karachi and Islamabad. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Yoocha Matcha Pakistan, and “you” refers to the person using the site or placing an order.
2. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including grade, origin and weight. Product photographs are for illustration; the natural colour of matcha varies slightly between harvests. Availability is not guaranteed and we may change our range or discontinue a product at any time.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed and we have confirmed.
4. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For cash-on-delivery orders, payment is made in full to the courier at the time of delivery. We may limit the value of cash-on-delivery orders or ask for partial advance payment on large or wholesale orders.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines, charges and courier arrangements are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and we are not liable for courier delays outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns and refunds
Your rights to return an item and receive a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Product use and health information
Matcha is a food product containing caffeine. Information on this website about the benefits of matcha is general information only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, sensitive to caffeine, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before making matcha a regular part of your diet. Always check the packaging for allergen and storage information before use.
9. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
10. Wholesale and cafe orders
Wholesale, cafe and bulk orders may be subject to separate pricing, minimum quantities and payment terms agreed in writing with you. Where those terms conflict with this page, the written agreement applies.
11. Intellectual property
The Yoocha Matcha name and logo, and the text, photographs and design of this website, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
12. Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
