Yoocha Matcha Pakistan delivers nationwide across Pakistan. This page explains how long delivery takes, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Pakistan only. We ship to all major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad and Quetta, as well as smaller towns served by our courier partners (TCS and Leopards).
Processing time
Orders placed before 4:00pm PKT on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4:00pm, on Sundays, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery timelines
- Karachi — 1 to 2 business days (next-day delivery available on most orders)
- Lahore — 2 to 3 business days
- Islamabad / Rawalpindi — 2 to 4 business days
- Other cities — typically 2 to 4 business days
These are estimates based on our courier partners’ standard service. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, peak season, or due to weather and courier delays outside our control.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. You will never be charged more than the amount displayed on the order confirmation screen.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier tracking number with you by email or WhatsApp on the number provided at checkout.
Failed or refused deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. Please make sure the phone number you give at checkout is reachable. If all attempts fail, or a cash-on-delivery order is refused at the door, the parcel is returned to us and we may ask you to cover the return courier cost before we accept a future order.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +92 347 986 2232 or by email at order@yoochamatcha.pk with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you.
